About Us
I’m Victoria Parra, founder of Empti Nesti College Consulting—known by many Texas families as “Texas’ College Counselor.” I started Empti Nesti in 2020 to provide private, one-on-one admissions consulting that helps students shine while giving parents peace of mind.
Before launching Empti Nesti, I spent five years as the sole College Counselor at Austin High School in Houston, supporting graduating classes of more than 300 students each year. During my tenure, students achieved historic results—breaking a 30-year Ivy League drought with admission to Cornell’s #1-ranked Architecture program, and more than doubling scholarship offers from $2.6 million to over $5 million annually. My students earned admission to Yale, Cornell, UT Austin, Rice, Texas A&M, the U.S. Naval Academy, and Emory, with several now pursuing graduate degrees.
